T1000 Glass & Can Crusher
The T1000 is a heavy duty machine perfect for breweries, drinks manufactures, airports and other applications where throughput is high. This machine not only destroys the waste material but reduces its volume by 4:1
This machine comes with an extremely high specification and is fitted with extra heavy duty wear plates internally to deal with harsh abrasion. In addition we also offer customers the option to add fully replaceable hardox liners for extra piece of mind.
This machine can be fitted with dual feed options, one side can be fitted with a bin lifting device, whilst the other can accommodate forklift loading via a bespoke hopper, the forklift driver then uses a remote control to start the machine. The T1000 has a theoretical throughput of up to 6.8 tonnes of full glass bottles per hour.
